3D pipelines: the Studio’s tools, chained into one run
Build a recipe once — generate, retopologise, lay out UVs, texture, rig — and run it on one picture or twenty, automatically or a step at a time.
What it does
A recipe, built on a canvas
Drag steps in and connect them. Connections are typed — picture, views, model — so a step only accepts what it can use.
Every step is the full tool
Each step has the Studio tool’s engines and every setting, with the same limits, plan rules and prices.
Auto or Manual
Auto submits every step for you, to the end. Manual stops after each so you can check it before paying for the next.
One picture or twenty
Start runs on several pictures or models at once; each keeps its own steps and results.
How it works
- Build the recipeStart from a picture or a model, then add steps: picture steps, Generate 3D or Smart 3D, and the refining tools.
- Create runsPick the pictures or models to run on. Steps that need something new each time — AI texturing’s description — are filled in per run.
- Start, in Auto or ManualThe run shows its estimated total first. It carries on on the server, so you can close the tab.
- Collect the resultsEvery step’s model lands in your library, tagged and grouped with its run, step by step.
What people use it for
- A clean-up chain run on every generation — retopology, UVs, texture, rig
- A product catalogue processed with one consistent recipe
- A kit of game props at one polygon budget and texture quality
- Concept art split into a character and its parts with Isolate Parts
- Re-running a proven recipe without re-entering a dozen settings
What it cannot do
- No templates yet — every pipeline starts empty
- Gaussian splat and export steps are not in the palette; download files from the library
- A run starts from a picture you upload or one of your images, or a model already in your library
- Pipelines are private to your account and cannot be shared
- Each step still has its tool’s own limits — Smart UV takes up to 80,000 triangles, so dense meshes need retopology first

Common questions
What is a 3D pipeline?
The series of steps between a source and a usable asset — generate, retopologise, lay out UVs, texture, rig — built once as a recipe and run on every input, instead of repeated by hand.
3D pipelines, explainedDo I pay for the whole run up front?
No. Each step is charged when it is submitted, at the Studio’s price. The run shows its estimate first, and in Auto it checks your balance covers it before starting.
Can the 3D Agent build a pipeline for me?
Yes. Describe what you want and the Agent drafts the pipeline and opens it. Nothing runs or is charged until you press Start.
